About Me

Hi, I’m Sharon — a lifelong creative, passionate maker, and proud New Yorker with deep roots in the world of fashion and design.

My journey began at the High School of Fashion Industries, where I first turned my love for sewing into a true craft. From there, I went on to earn my Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology (F.I.T.), blending creative vision with business strategy.

With over 40 years of sewing experience, I’ve spent decades perfecting my skills and sharing them with others. I’ve worked in the heart of the New York City Garment District as a trim buyer and had the incredible opportunity to work for Ralph Lauren, where quality, detail, and storytelling shaped my approach to everything I create.

But even before the degrees, titles, or big-name labels, creativity has always been in my DNA. Whether I’m stitching a bag, teaching someone their first sewing project, or curating a collection of kits, I believe creativity is a gift — and a powerful tool for healing, self-expression, and confidence.

Welcome to my world — where thread meets purpose, and every piece tells a story.
