Payment

We accept all major credit cards Payment is due at the time of purchase.

Shipping

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, I may have already begun preparing or shipping your item.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and customized nature of my products, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can make it right.

Custom Orders

I do accept custom orders when possible! Feel free to message me to discuss your ideas. Additional processing time and fees may apply.
